2015 MicroVision Annual Shareholder’s Meeting Recap

Thank you to all the shareholders who were in attendance at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM) on Tuesday June 2, 2015. Not everyone who would like to attend can make it to the meeting. Even I was not able to attend this year as I was representing MicroVision at the LD Micro investors’ conference in Los Angeles that day. From all reports the meeting was an upbeat session. For anyone who couldn’t attend, a copy of the ASM presentation, as well as the LD Micro presentation, can be accessed on our website.

We announced the results of the votes on the three issues before shareholders at the meeting, and they are available on the 8K filed with the SEC. To recap, here are those results:

Proposal 1:        

All of the Company’s nominees for director were elected by the votes set forth in the table below:

The stockholders approved the proposed amendment to the 2013 MicroVision, Inc. Incentive Plan by the votes set forth in the table below:

Against: 1,508,548
Abstain: 79,028
Broker Non-Votes: 24,475,080

 

Proposal 3:        

The stockholders ratified the appointment of Moss Adams LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, by the votes set forth in the table below:

For: 30,964,231
Against: 791,525
Abstain: 455,675

 

The proposal to ratify the appointment of Moss Adams LLP was a routine matter and, therefore, there were no broker non-votes relating to that matter.
