Scanning into iMagic Inventory
The Scanner connects to iMagic Inventory via standard USB technology. The Scanner provides two modes of scanning:
“Batch” Operation – While unplugged, all scanned inventory bar codes are stored into onboard memory. Come back to your computer, open iMagic Inventory, plug in the scanner, and watch as all the bar codes transfer into the software.
“Connected” Operation - While plugged into your computer, scanned bar codes will transfer immediately into iMagic Inventory.
User the Scanner to:
- Automatically create invoices – Scan all items the customer has ordered, plug in the scanner, and iMagic Inventory will automatically create an invoice of all scanned items.
- Lookup item information - Scan an bar code and watch as iMagic immediately pull up item information. Then you can update item information, such as inventory levels, price, etc.
