Support: MicroVision Return Policy
 

If you are not fully satisfied with your MicroVision product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

This Return Policy applies only to MicroVision products and accessories purchased at full list price directly from MicroVision, Inc., either on the Web e-store (at www.microvision.com/store) or via telephone order and paid for by credit card.
Software products such as SerialMagic Pro, SDK for Windows, SDK for BlackBerry, SDK for Windows Mobile and FlicPrint may not be returned under any circumstance.

Procedure

To return MicroVision products and accessories, you must obtain a RMA number from MicroVision Customer Service at
1-866-333-3542 or by email at
scannersupport@microvision.com.

Proof of purchase must be supplied to Customer Service to obtain an RMA number. Clearly mark the box containing the returned product with the RMA number received from Customer Service.

You must return the products in the original packaging with all components. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service.

If your return is a result of MicroVision error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns received two weeks after issuance of RMA or for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing its serial number.

Freight, duties, insurance, customs and any other fees or costs associated with the shipment of the product are buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds will be for product purchase price only. Refunds are conditional upon receipt of product in good condition to MicroVision, within the time periods specified and otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Policy. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card account used for the initial transaction.

Exchanges

MicroVision will exchange the MicroVision product for credit towards the purchase of another MicroVision product under the terms described above.

For customers who purchase MicroVision products and later determine they require accessories that could have been purchased as part of a discounted bundle, MicroVision will honor the bundle price for thirty (30) days from the shipment date of the MicroVision product. Limitations for Software Returns Software products downloaded from MicroVision's e-store, or purchased on CD, cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any conditions. Software purchased as part of a hardware bundle may be returned only when the entire bundle is returned. SerialMagic Pro, SDKs and Flicprint cannot be returned under any conditions.
