Scanner Wedge
Scanner Wedge software allows you to instantly bar code enable any application that accepts keyboard input. Scanner Wedge software captures bar code data from the ROV Scanner or ROV Scanner with Bluetooth and pushes it into the active application window running on your computer or mobile device as though it were typed from the keyboard. Scan bar code data into spreadsheets, databases and business productivity applications.
Scanner Wedge is able to connect to the ROV Scanner via USB or serial cable and to the ROV Scanner with Bluetooth via Bluetooth wireless technology.
Features include:
- Automatically launch application and activate upon computer or device startup
- Strip characters from the beginning of bar code
- Insert special characters to better control flow of scanned bar codes within the application
